Meet the SRC4U Founders

Four individuals with unique skill sets came together at this time in history to introduce to the entire world the combining of thousands of years of Qi Gong methodology with 21st century technology. The SRC4U Qi Gong enhancement software is revolutionizing people’s ability to achieve energetic balance.

A popular belief is that microwaves, cell phones, radio towers, computers, in fact, all sorts of devices emanate negative signals that, over time, can accumulate in the human body presenting a variety of symptoms. The SRC4U team believed, as one, that if negative signals could be generated; then, the opposite would be, by natural design, the creation of positive signals.

Grandmaster David Harris

He is the driving force behind the creation of the SRC4U software. He is the CEO and President of SRC4YOU, LLC. Intrigued with the concept of merging thousands of years of Qi Gong history with the capabilities of 21st century technology; he, along with the three other founders, formed a company and created the SRC4U team.

In order to understand the effectiveness and relevance of the SRC4U software, it is necessary to consider the credentials that GMD brings to the project.

• In December 2009 Grandmaster David celebrated 30 years in the world of Martial Arts and Martial Sciences. He is Supreme Grandmaster of Shun Shen Tao for the Western Hemisphere (tenth degree black belt). • He is a Grandmaster of 3 additional martial arts disciplines (9th degree black belt); honored as the official caretaker for all 3 and the protector of centuries of family martial arts secrets. Along with his power breaking feats, he compiled an impressive record of tournament victories both personal and alongside his trained students. To list all of the certificates and honors that have been bestowed on GMD would be gratuitous; but it is impactful to note that he was inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame as a “Founding Member” alongside such illustrious names as Bruce Lee. Additionally he was accorded the high honor of being placed in the Hall of Heroes as “Legendary Internal Martial Arts Grandmaster of the Year”. Perhaps his highest accolade was the awarding of the Wong Fei-Hung award for his contributions to both the fighting and healing facets of Martial Arts.

• In 2005 he felt that God was directing him to focus on the Martial Sciences and the healing side of the Martial Arts world. This enabled him to continue to utilize his equally impressive accomplishments in this often misunderstood facet of Martial Arts.

• He holds 3 masters degrees in 3 separate forms of Herbalism. He has written herbal formulations that have been included in the International Lexicon of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has a doctorate in metaphysics. He is an originator and master of multiple hands on and spiritual healing techniques that have benefited thousands of people worldwide. In the rarefied world of the Grand Masters of the Black Dragon Fighting Society (the oldest and most respected society in modern day Martial Arts), he is known simply as “the Doctor”. He was awarded the degree of “Doctor of Budo” by the Shinja Martial Arts University. Shinja Buke Ryu awarded him the Martial Arts Humanitarian Award.. “In recognition for his valuable contributions and love of mankind through Martial Arts and working tirelessly without seeking due recognition for his efforts. A true and COURAGEOUS WARRIOR for both God and mankind.”

Ray Foley

He is the CFO and one of the Senior Vice-Presidents of the SRC4U team. His journey to this venture is varied and diverse and makes his skill set uniquely suited to the SRC4U project. Prior to 2006, the majority of his work history is divided between sales and management.. He also utilized his management skills successfully in such diverse fields as hotel management, professional dance studios and retail establishments.

In 2001 he took on the position of Data Manager for a start-up company and was instrumental in that company’s rise to becoming the largest criminal records database company in America prior to their sale. In July of 2006, at an age when many are looking to scale back their work activities, he embarked on a brand new career in the energetic balancing genre, and became quite proficient in the operation of older energy balancing technology. It was then that Divine destiny graciously imposed itself into his life’s direction. He met Grandmaster David.

He has spent the last 3 and a half years devoted to assisting GMD in accomplishing his goals concerning the marriage of Qi Gong and 21st century technology. He had an integral part in the creation and implementation of the aftermarket software package known as the Comprehensive Care Pack which was used to enhance an old technology found in the modern world of energy work. Now firmly entrenched in the day to day operations of SRC4YOU, LLC, he provides a lifetime of experience to the SRC4U team.

Ray is a Reiki master in Usui and Seichem; but, prefers to practice Qi Gong. He is an ordained minister and spiritual healer. He holds a Doctor of Divinity degree and is in the planning stages of launching an online ministry. He will acknowledge that one of his highest honors and most humbling awards was the presentation of a katana sword and the official title of Ambassador to Shun Shen Tao. As are all of the founders, he is determined to bring this revolutionary product to everyone in the world who seeks to take personal responsibility for their own health and well-being.

Ralf Miethe

He is the CTO and one of the Senior Vice-Presidents of the SRC4U team. Of the four founders, Ralf comes to the project with a unique difference from the other three. He had no practical experience with energetic computer programs. He did, however, have personal experience to fall back on. He credits an energy device with saving his life some 30 years ago. So with that one small thread of understanding, he was faced with the daunting task of creating a never before seen and brand new engine to power the over 400,000 lines of code that make up the matrix of the SRC4U. Those who are successfully using the SRC4U will attest to the positive outcome of his efforts.

Ralf was born in Germany and raised in Luxembourg. He is a world traveler, and it is rare that when he talks to someone he cannot relate a story about one of his journeys to that person’s country. He owns multiple worldwide patents in the window manufacturing industry; but, it was his initial foray into the world of computers in 1967 that prepared him to become one of the founders of the SRC4U project. He has successfully owned and operated one of the top computer repair centers in the greater Seattle area for 20 years. Being a self taught programmer turned out to be an asset as he developed the SRC4U software form.

Kathy Blair was the person who introduced Ralf to Grandmaster David. As with all the founders, he immediately was captivated by the drive and positive energy that emanates from GMD at all times. And thus began the collaboration of ideas and hundreds of phone calls as they worked on both the grandiose and minuscule details of creating a software program run by an engine that was nonexistent when they started the process. Ralf went into creative overdrive, and as a result, the ambitious goal of launching the product on 1-1-11 was reached successfully.

Ralf continues to work on a multitude of projects within the SRC4U enterprise. His understanding of how this unique energetic software works has increased exponentially as he pursues his study of and daily practice of Qi Gong. As are all of the founders, he is determined to bring this revolutionary product to everyone in the world who seeks to take personal responsibility for their own health and well-being.

Kathy Blair

She is the CMO and one of the senior Vice-Presidents of the SRC4U team. She brings to the team extensive experience in the energetic software world. While involved with older biofeedback technology, Kathy was responsible for bringing order to the fundamental base software matrix of a biofeedback device available at the time. She began her Quantum Upgrade project and spent countless thousands of hours spanning several years to produce a product that corrected innumerable spelling errors, broken links and vastly improved the speed and accuracy of the search function of an almost 11,000 line matrix.

While in the development stages of her Quantum Upgrade, Kathy was also researching many modalities for various and suitable frequencies and frequency patterns that could be of use in future projects. When she was introduced to Grandmaster David, she, like all the founders, recognized the true nature and positive vibrancy of the man. They had several conversations and agreed that, when the time was right, they would join forces.

When it became time to begin the SRC4U project, Kathy was ready, willing and very capable of adding her talents and exhaustive research to this ground-breaking technology. The knowledge, skills and abilities gleaned through decades of involvement in the fields of medical research, library classification and management have served the SRC4U project well. It is that skill set and worldwide reputation in the energetic healing world that has proved invaluable to all involved.

It was through personal tragedy that Kathy developed an interest in the holistic world of healing. When her husband, Michael, was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in 2002, Kathy began an intensive study of all medical related information on that subject; whether from the Western medical viewpoint or the vast world of holistic and natural treatment. That eventually led to her tenure as a biofeedback specialist and educator, traveling and teaching in both the U.S. and abroad. Additionally she has written and helped edit published works, textbooks and articles on various medical topics.

Her natural librarian talents lent themselves to an ongoing study of the healing and medicinal properties found so abundantly in the plant world. Her personal library includes hundreds of volumes devoted to gardening, natural habitats, native/Chinese herbal medicines and remedies as well as practical natural healing modalities.

Along with Ralf, one of the four founders, Kathy is an avowed naturist. At one time, Kathy and her late husband Michael researched and designed a five acre natural habitat in their own backyard; to the delight of neighbors and visitors. In the aftermath of Michael’s passing, Kathy continues to dedicate herself to the healing arts; and now, specifically, the SRC4U project. As are all of the founders, she is determined to bring this revolutionary product to everyone in the world who seeks to take personal responsibility for their own health and well-being.
